Your responsibilities would include…
- Sourcing large quantities of high-quality deluxe sample and travel-sized products each month, working toward aggressive sales targets and within a strict budget
- Managing your own sales portfolio / pipeline, brand partner outreach, and deal negotiation, including identifying exciting new partnerships to pursue, with support from our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
- Cold-calling, emailing, and presenting to brand partners face to face to build strong, long-term relationships
- Partnering with our Senior Brand Manager and cross-teams (in-house PR, Social, Marketing, and Creative) to design compelling and effective 360 degree marketing campaigns for your brand partners
- Advising on strategic full size assortment for e-shop, working with Retail Planner to place order
- Maintaining and updating sales materials
- Executing legal agreements / contracts with brand partners
- Providing daily administrative support such as reporting on sales pipeline and team budget, ensuring timely delivery of products from brand partners to warehouse, as well as obtaining price sheets, product information, and images for each brand campaign
- Keeping a pulse on beauty trends, up and coming cult brands, new product launches, etc.
Your experience / qualifications should include….
- 2 - 4 years experience in sales / buyer / brand manager role in UK beauty / cosmetics industry
- Strong relationship-building, cold-calling, pitching and negotiation skills
- Experience with e-commerce / digital advantageous
- Salesforce knowledge advantageous
- UK work permit required
- Available to start March 1st (or sooner is even better!)
