A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team in the Bella Freud Studio as their Studio & Press Assistant. Reporting to the Brand Manager and the Head of
PR, you will be in charge of managing the day to day smooth running of the Studio with a focus on PR & Press activity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Facilitating all press send outs and returns; logging dockets; assisting the Head of PR.
• Maintaining the organization of the press and sample rails and boxes in the studio. 
• Working with the Head of PR to provide press with imagery and credits when required.
• Booking of couriers and organizing packages for the studio; providing relevant documentation for all courier purposes.
• Providing support to the International Sales Co-ordinator and the Sales & E-Commerce Assistant where necessary.
• Prepping and sending the collections for press days and international sales.
• Facilitating all gifting.
• Providing the team with day-to-day assistance; running errands; booking travel etc. 
• In charge of maintaining the smooth running of the studio and keeping it clear, tidy and organized.

You are:

• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• A team player but also happy to use your own initiative and take responsibility for your work.
• Someone who wants to gain great all round experience and who is happy to turn their hand to any area of the business.
• Enthusiastic and driven with a positive attitude and desire to learn.

Any previous experience in a fashion studio or in the fashion press would be useful but not essential.
