Bamford - Social Media + Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for an dynamic Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to join our digital team at an exciting time of expansion for the the brand. 

Competitive salary, 40 hours a week and based at our Head office in South Kensington, London.

About the role

We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a Social Media and Performance Marketing Manager to join our team working across a range of owned and paid digital channels. Reporting to our Head of Digital and working alongside our editorial and marketing team, you will manage the execution of our growth strategy. You’ll work closely with our external agency and internal teams to drive new customer acquisition and retention across our channels and online ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading a data-led, customer centric acquisition and retention marketing strategy that drives brand growth.
  • Managing performance of all digital marketing channels and setting targets for Social, Affiliates, Display and PPC.
  • Scheduling and reporting on all social media content across current and new channels; Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tik Tok.
  • Using data and insight to optimise and refine the core digital channels to maximise ROAS.
  • Continuously reviewing and optimising paid search through close management with our digital agency. 
  • Owning and executing the SEO strategy - improving our organic presence, relevance and authority through website content and technical optimisations.
  • Collaborating with internal functions (marketing and creative) as well as external agencies to drive performance.
  • Working closely with the Email & CRM Manager to integrate customer data into performance campaigns to grow.
  • Keeping ahead of current and future trends to ensure our digital strategy is up to date, testing new platforms and ad formats.

About You

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience across paid platforms alongside Google Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a range of digital marketing channels, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display.
  • Data-driven mind set and experience making and developing strategic decisions lead by data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the important measures of success for growth marketing and a proven track record of delivery.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills.
  • Nice to have; experience using the Shopify and Magento platform.
