We are looking for an dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Producer to join our digital team at an exciting time of expansion for the the brand.

About the role
We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Producer to join our team working across our digital channels. Reporting to our Head of Digital and working alongside our creative and marketing team, you will manage the execution of our growth strategy. You’ll work closely with our external agency and internal teams to drive new customer acquisition and retention across our channels and online ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Grow followers/audience on all social channels.
- Increase engagement of existing followers on all social channels.
- A strong background in shooting both still and video content. You’ll own, create and deliver social marketing campaigns.
- Align with the marketing and digital calendars to generate unique social stories that tell our story.
- Write copy for social posts for editor to review. Write story slide copy. Community manage; responding to comments in an on-brand, timely manner.
- Editing and curation of IG stories and content specific to social media.
- Supporting all teams with new launches and advising on content strategies.
- Attend events regularly wherever required; most often at Daylesford farm and in London to capture and post live content using a digital camera and editing software.
- Schedule and report on all social media content across current and new channels; Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tik Tok.
- Collaborate with internal functions marketing and creative, as well as external agencies to drive performance.
- Working closely with the Email & CRM Manager to reach and integrate customer data into campaigns to grow.
- Keeping ahead of current and future trends to ensure our digital strategy is up to date, testing new platforms and ad formats.
About You
- Attention to detail and story-telling skills.
- Highly organised.
- Experience working across multiple product categories.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Creative eye; ability to create posts and reels.
- Flexible to travel to events.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reporting and analysis skills.
- Energy and passion for social media and the latest digital trends.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in social media or marketing content.
- Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge at a minimum)
