What we are looking for…
We’re looking for new experience + enthusiastic talent to join our team and searching for Account Managers / Senior Account Managers to join the Beauty + Wellness division.
We have built up credibility + trust with clients within this division including Bondi Sands, Morphe, Face Halo, Bioderma, Dr Roebucks, Nailberry, MIJ (Maya Jama), Sarah Jessica Parker Fragrances + many more.
Responsibilities…
- A keen passion and interest in all things health and beauty
- Extremely confident with press liaison with strong press relationships and influencer knowledge, established and demonstrable print, digital and broadcast media relationships
- Established influencer relationships and global content-creator landscape knowledge & intelligence
- Track-record and ability to generate strong, consistent, and relevant media coverage, desire and ambition to reach out to new contacts, grow relationships and diversify coverage types (including but not limited to features, interviews and thought leadership, news and key product placement) ensuring KPIs are achieved month on month
- Ability to develop, manage and oversee client events, trips and wider campaigns including team management, strategy, timelines and reporting.
- Reporting into senior members of the team | agency
- Having a wider understanding of agency pace and expectations and valuable industry insights
- Account-team management including implementation of best-in-class processes, work-flows, timelines or critical paths, budgets and reporting
- Collaboration with agency directors and reporting-in to senior team to enhance individual teams and overall performance
- Understanding of direct-to-consumer, digital marketing, social media, content marketing and integrated strategy development
- Awareness of key beauty launches, events, stories + market trends to feed future team development and knowledge
- Development and implementation of forward-planning for all clients
- Suggest ideas/initiatives/ strategies to drive brand awareness
- Support with new business development; including identifying opportunities, creating strategic proposals and pitching (as part of a team) to potential clients
Expectations + Requirements…
- In depth experience within a fast-paced beauty PR agency or in-house delivering digital first work
- 3 / 4 years’ account handling experience with multiple clients at a time
- Exceptional awareness of beauty landscape in the UK (both brand and influencer)
- Excited by working in a fast paced, female first, ambitious, and creative workplace
- Bright, motivated and a self-starter brimming with ideas to share
- Extremely organised individual that takes pride in your work
- Strong communications skills, written and verbally
- Holds a collaborative approach with a strong focus on communication
- Keeping ahead of social formats/trends across platforms and influencers as well as having an understanding with what engages and performs
- The ability to work to and set clear KPIS, highly organised with the ability to pick up new processes
- Confident with budgeting + scoping contracts
- Ability to effectively delegate to managers | assistants, managing workload and results, suggesting training + development opportunities to upskill the wider team
