We are looking to fill two key roles, Beauty Account Executive + Beauty PR Assistant.

Key Responsibilities (Beauty Account Executive)

• A passion and interest in all things health and beauty.
• Extremely confident with press liaison with strong press and blogger relationships
• A strong awareness of the digital landscape and both emerging and established influencer talent.
• Achieve strong and consistent press coverage and continue to reach out to new contacts, ensuring KPIs are achieved month on month.
• To assist on client accounts, and in the general day-to-day running of the beauty accounts and agency.
• Develop plans and begin to work on critical paths for clients and be able to input into team brainstorms with creative solutions.
• To work with the assistants and other coordinators, working in partnership to ensure coverage is tracked, samples are successfully delivered, call backs and follow ups are made and image or sample requests are fulfilled.
• Product to be organised in office, ensuring any showroom or stockroom samples are unpacked and clear stock takes are recorded.
• To be the lead point of client contact for delivery of and general management of ALL assets. 
• Ensure image libraries are correctly labelled for the team’s usage; ensure there are hi/lo res versions of all images.
• To demonstrate innate knowledge of each brand’s new and existing launches – current and/or forthcoming; to have awareness of the brand’s key messages and USPs. 
• To demonstrate awareness of each brand’s media and KOL target lists; to draft target lists upon request.
• To suggest and draft trend alert and press release content.
• To compile confirmed coverage logs and monitor coverage off and online on a continual basis.
• To send coverage to clients including relevant circulation / MUUs.
• To compile first drafts of client reports and ensure timely delivery to senior team members for approval; to calculate AVEs/other metrics as per client requirements.
• To take lead within agency for ensuring phones are answered and shared office spaces are respected and kept tidy.
• To make purchases on clients/team member’s behalves and ensure POs are raised for all purchases and that ALL purchases are logged.
• Be an agency ambassador at all times, both inside and out of the working environment.
• Elevation in media contacts from Beauty Assistants to Beauty Writers, plus bloggers and freelance MUA’s etc.
• Oversee database updates, delegating to assistants and keeping an eye on press movements.
• Strengthening knowledge/awareness of digital sector and using this to inform ideas – RESEARCH and keep an eye on competitors.

Key Responsibilities (Beauty PR Assistant)

• Supporting the beauty team with all administrative tasks
• Assisting with press events and creative mailers from concept to execution
• Managing press send outs and maintaining follow ups
• Adding to monthly PR coverage and activity reports
• Daily press and influencer coverage monitoring 
• Overseeing the beauty database and monitoring of any changes 
• Building relationships with press + influencers

Ideal Candidate: (Beauty Account Executive)

• Previous experience within a fast-paced PR agency (ideally 1year +)
• Bright, motivated and a self-starter
• Extremely organised individual and take pride in your work
• Strong communications skills, written and verbally
• Creative and proactive though process in the way that you think would be beneficial to the beauty and wellbeing landscape
• Good knowledge of the Media landscape and understanding of PR
• Good working knowledge and interest in social media and influencers
• The ability to work to and set clear KPIS
• Ability to effectively delegate to managers | assistants and interns, managing workload and results

• Organisational awareness and proactivity
• Strong communicator, in written and verbal communication

• Ability to juggle responsibilities and manage expectations
• Timely delivery of project objectives and assigned tasks
• Some previous work experience in PR is preferred
