ASC Global is looking for an experienced Senior Influencer & VIP Manager to join our growing team in the Fashion and Beauty division with a client roster that includes Paige, TRIANGL, Studio Amelia, Sisterly Tribe, Kimeze, La Fuori, Rodial, Kin Euphorics, The Outset, Strangelove with more brands in the pipeline.
We are looking for a Senior Influencer & VIP Manager to lead and execute best-in-class influencer collaborations, VIP seeding, and strategic partnerships across our global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Influencer & VIP Strategy – Develop and execute innovative influencer and VIP placement strategies that align with client goals.
- Talent & Relationship Management – Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, celebrities, agents, and key industry insiders.
- Campaign Execution – Oversee influencer partnerships from ideation to execution, ensuring impactful content and measurable results.
- Seeding & Gifting Programs – Curate and manage targeted product seeding for influencers and VIPs, ensuring the right products reach the right people.
- Event & Activation Support – Secure high-profile attendees for brand events, coordinate VIP experiences, and manage red carpet/influencer engagement.
- Client Communication & Reporting – Serve as a key client contact, providing strategic insights, campaign updates, and detailed performance reports.
- Trend & Market Insights – Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging talent to keep our clients at the forefront of influencer marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Proven track record of securing high-profile influencer collaborations and VIP placements.
- Strong industry network across talent, agents, publicists, and brand executives.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, digital strategy, and content creation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
