As part of our exciting growth trajectory, we are seeking a Beauty Account Executive to join our Beauty & Wellness division. You will support high-profile clients including Rodial, Kin Euphorics, The Outset, and Strangelove, with more exciting launches in the pipeline. You’ll be working closely with the Beauty Director and a wider support team including Account Managers and Influencer Leads to deliver best-in-class brand storytelling and media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the Beauty press office across multiple clients, including proactive pitching and responding to media enquiries.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Beauty Director to implement strategic, creative PR campaigns that drive coverage and brand awareness.
- Write compelling press releases, media alerts, and briefing documents; maintain and manage media and influencer lists.
- Pitch to beauty, lifestyle, trade and national press in the UK and US to secure impactful coverage, gifting features, and brand spotlights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of UK/US events and creative mailings — sourcing suppliers, coordinating logistics, and contributing to concept development.
- Attend client calls and meetings, taking notes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.
- Manage product send-outs and samples, ensuring timely delivery and follow-ups with media and influencers.
- Monitor press coverage, compile reports, and assist with KPI tracking and analytics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and trend insights that align with client strategies and cultural moments.
- Help coordinate regional initiatives including showrooms and international activations (LA, New York, Paris) as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the influencer team to identify talent for campaigns, events, and mailings — ensuring diversity, inclusivity, and strategic relevance.
- Keep client awards entries up to date and support on award submissions.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of PR and event experience, with hands-on work across beauty clients required.
- Media-Savvy: Strong network of UK and/or US press contacts in beauty, wellness, and trade media.
- Organised: Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative & Proactive: A self-starter who brings fresh thinking, ideas, and energy to each campaign.
- Client-Facing: Professional communicator with the confidence to engage with clients and media with poise.
- Team Player: Collaborative, solution-focused, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth team.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook, Diary Directory, and relevant media databases.
