Architects of Influence are seeking a talented and driven Junior Talent Manager to join our small team and growing business. As a Junior Talent Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of a roster of talent, collaborating with the internal team, and helping secure and executing influencer marketing campaigns on behalf of the roster of talent. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a passion for the Fashion, Beauty, Automotive, Interiors, and the Lifestyle industry, and a solid understanding of influencer marketing, PR, and social media. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of Talent, assisting in various aspects of their brand-building, commercial partnerships, marketing, content creation, creative services, digital strategy, live events, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with the internal team, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
- Manage and organise Talent and business diaries, respond to fast-paced business needs, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Provide exceptional talent servicing and retention to maintain strong, trusted relationships.
- Expertly activate campaigns within deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Report and analyse influencer marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships to stay up-to-date with opportunities.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to enhance client and business visibility.
- Aid in the planning and execution of events and project for all consultancy projects.
Essential Requirements:
- Multitasker with great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and brand awareness, with the ability to effectively represent the business & Talent and negotiate partnerships.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong writing, communication, and language skills
- A desire to learn and grow, coupled with a proactive attitude towards professional development.
- Confident personality with strong management skills to effectively advise and collaborate with the Talent and the wider team.
- A solid understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Reliable, energetic, and self-starting individual who can prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and an ambitious outlook.
- A minimum of one years’ experience working in a similar role.
