Overview

You will be assisting the PR Lead, proactively scouting for new influencer partnerships as well as managing and maintaining existing partnerships. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the execution of collaboration agreements, including responding to requests, handling send outs, monitoring performance and other reports as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the global influencer partnerships
• Scout new influencers every month which are on-brand with the Alex and Alexa ethos 
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Responsible for all in-bound email collaboration requests
• Ensure increase of brand awareness and social engagement
• Build valuable relationships with new and existing influencers
• Ensure Influencer database is kept up to date and relevant
• Create monthly reports measuring performance and outreach growth
• Arrange all the specifics of the collaborations in a timely manner
• Manage the monthly influencer gifting budget, negotiate with influencers and distribute it accordingly
• Follow-up arranged posts ensuring Influencers meet the agreements
• Build wrap up reports for specific campaigns and partnerships
• Liaise with the marketing and PR team to create and coordinate marketing strategies
• Support with and attend seasonal press days and events for networking and business purposes

Qualifications / Role requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

• Very organised and skilful in the daily upkeep of administrative tasks  
• Comfortable working effectively meeting deadlines, thriving on change in a fast-paced young environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive
• Attention to detail
• Mindful of the Alex and Alexa brand and culture
• A passion for designer fashion and high end design
• Knowledge and keen interest in fashion influencers / mini fashionistas
• A team player
• Good photographic memory

Desirable role requirements

• One year experience in a similar role
• Contacts with parenting influencers
