Location: Edinburgh (with regular travel to client meetings, photoshoots, events and industry functions throughout the UK)
We're looking for a passionate, dynamic, organised and ambitious Account Executive to join our established and growing agency. Working across an exciting portfolio of beauty and fashion brands you'll help deliver integrated campaigns spanning PR, marketing, influencer marketing, events and social media.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll support the planning and delivery of integrated PR & Marketing campaigns while acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients. You'll work closely with colleagues across PR, social media, influencer marketing and events to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations.
We are looking for some wone who is pro-active, a team player, with great communication skills. A keen eye for popular culture and what makes a brand stand out alongside a love for social media, well organised, can manage deadlines and keen to develop your skills.
You'll also play an important role in mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional day-to-day account support.
- Assist in developing and delivering integrated campaigns across PR, marketing, influencer marketing, social media and events.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets and project administration to ensure work is delivered efficiently.
- Writing high quality copy
- Spotting newsworthy opportunities
- Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships and campaign activations.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and support content planning, scheduling and engagement.
- Assist with media relations, press releases, product launches and press office activity.
- Support the planning and delivery of brand events, launches, photoshoots and experiential activations.
- Attend client meetings, networking opportunities, events and industry functions across the UK as required.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare client reports and identify opportunities to add value.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms and consumer insights within the beauty and fashion sectors.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge, encouraging development and leading by example.
- Work collaboratively across the agency to deliver creative, results-driven campaigns.
About You
What we are looking for
- Experienced in an Account Executive or similar client-facing role within an agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Working across B2B or B2C clients
- Passionate about beauty, fashion and consumer brands.
- Experienced in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong time management and organisations skills
- Knowledgeable across PR, marketing, influencer marketing, social media and events.
- A confident communicator with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative, proactive and commercially aware, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable travelling for meetings, events and client visits.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working with beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Influencer marketing and talent management experience.
- Event planning and activation experience.
- Content creation skills, including copywriting and social media content planning.
- Knowledge of media monitoring and reporting tools.
