Responsibilities:
 
With an opportunity to join the dynamic and growing Aisle 8 team, this role will work closely with the PR Assistants and PR Executives to maintain the showroom to a high standard, reporting into the PR Managers. The Showroom Manager role will ensure that you are at the forefront of the team, coordinating sample management and couriers, whilst working closely with the wider agency to ensure that the showroom is organised and merchandised.

You will be expected to be responsible for the daily operation of the showroom and will be required to work proactively with the Assistants and Executives to ensure that all sample requests are being facilitated, returns are being managed and that the showroom is tidy and merchandised correctly. 

Overseeing a dedicated team intern, you will support and shape their experience and development, building their responsibility within the team, alongside bringing ideas to the table on improving ways of working.
 
Areas of responsibility:

• Manage all product sample requests with the support of the PR Assistants (Pulling the samples, booking out on GPS, packaging, booking the courier or scheduling the international courier)
• Manage all sample returns (returning items from publications/influencers by booking the samples back in on Fashion GPS and merchandising the samples - ensuring Assistants are calling these back from publications on a daily/weekly basis and outs)
• Ensuring deadlines are met and processes are kept to a high standard alongside the divisional teams, checking in with the relevant team members 
• Assisting the Assistants and Executives with seasonal sample send backs 
• Support the Assistants and Executives with logging new collections into the Fashion GPS system ensuring everything is inputted correctly 
• Managing the deliveries that come in/out of the building and updating relevant teams daily on any packages that are received 
• Supporting with the coordination of courier and car bookings 
• Responsible for the overall showroom, including: cleanliness, showroom tidying, merchandising, processes
• Work with the dedicated divisional interns to develop their experience and responsibility supporting your efforts day to day 
• Work closely with Account Executives to co-host any showroom appointments with press and stylists 
• Keep the Account Executives and Managers informed on any new processes to help better the organisation of the showroom, and up to date on any necessary information

Experience required

• 1-2 years’ experience, ideally 1 year employed in a sample coordination or operations role 
• Experience in using the Fashion GPS system 

Location:
Based in East London.

N.B we are currently based in the office three days a week across the agency 
 
Working Hours:
9am – 6pm Monday
10am – 6pm Tuesday to Friday
N.B. Events to often run outside of these hours.
