Offering clients 360 communications solutions spanning PR, social media, influencer outreach, events, affiliate partnerships, content creation, seeding, VIP and talent partnerships, Aisle 8 simplifies the new communications landscape for brands.
Responsibilities:
The PR Junior Assistant reports to the PR Manager. This exciting role will ensure you are on the front line of the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries, building your contacts through daily media briefings and pitches contributing to KPI results. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your accounts - including reporting, sharing client coverage updates, sample management, product and image requests, news and product pitching. The role will include all reactive as well as proactive media relations with assistants, editorial team support, and content creators. You will execute all creative mailers for your assigned clients and ensure mailers are sent out in a timely manner to align with new launches to the highest of standards. Event support will also be a key responsibility working closely with the PR Manager to make a success. You will work closely with the in-house brand teams as an extension of their team.
Areas of responsibility:
Location: Aisle 8 office in Farringdon
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday, 10am – 6pm Tuesday to Friday. Events to often run outside of these hours
