Key Responsibilities
- Strategic management of clients in collaboration with the team (Including but not restricted to; commercial partnerships, brand building, IP creation, marketing, content creation, creative services, digital strategy, live events, publishing, corporate events)
- Talent Recruitment - Bringing in potential and high revenue generating talent inline with KPIs.
- Talent Retention - ensuring top level service and growth of current client list
- Negotiations at the highest levels for all relevant clients
- Responsibility for personal P&L
- Leadership of Management Assistants within the team, including assisting on training and overseeing latest deals and deliverables.
Essential Requirements
- At least 3 years Talent Management experience gained in TV/Entertainment/Media/Digital
- Proven ability to attract and retain Clients
- Excellent industry knowledge and ability to use own initiative
- Clear, compelling and a co-operative communicator
- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support delivery of campaigns
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Confident with Gmail/Drive/Google Calendar
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Reliable, energetic, self-starter and able to prioritise effectively
