Ambitious, fast-paced, and luxury skincare brand located in the heart of Marylebone is seeking a Marketing Executive to work within a busy and friendly marketing team.

Duties will include (but aren’t limited to):

• Working with Marketing assistant on weekly/monthly social media schedule
• Working with designers to brief projects
• Writing blog
• Writing and managing the creation of e-newsletters
• Writing any ad hoc marketing copy such as product descriptions and press releases
• Working with the Marketing Manager on the delivery of projects
• Ensuring all assets are disseminated to sales team to ensure they have the most up to date information
• Working on brand awareness projects
• Developing trade marketing documents such as sell in presentations
• Maintaining and securing relationships with bloggers and influencers
• Working with PR agencies to ensure they have all assets
• Ensure that the brand maintains its identity in all communication
• Managing the marketing assistant and delegating work accordingly

Ideally the candidate will:

• Have worked in an office environment
• Have experience writing copy within brand guidelines
• Excellent grammatical accuracy
• Have experience in beauty trade and consumer marketing
• Understand and use social media both in a personal and professional capacity
• Possess good organisational and multi-tasking skills and a positive attitude
• Have a deep understanding of beauty bloggers and influencers
• Be interested in the luxury sector and in particular beauty
• Have at least two years’ experience in a marketing role
• Some understanding of Photoshop and InDesign would be an advantage
