The Tape Agency are looking for a creative, motivated and fun Account Executive to join the Tape team, supporting the Account Manager and Communications Director in implementing and executing PR strategies for the agency’s beauty and lifestyle clients. The role will include working across a range of clients, both mass and niche spanning skincare, colour cosmetics, haircare and charitable projects. The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and have a passion for all things beauty as well as supporting brands and organisations that give back. We are looking for someone with a year’s experience minimum either in a previous Junior Account Executive role or through internships. Prior agency experience not essential but preferred. Responsibilities and opportunities include MEDIA OUTREACH: Building and developing press and influencer contacts and your pitching experience with proactive outreach to drive results for clients across the board. Responding to incoming media requests and collating necessary content. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT: Getting involved in creative brainstorms, campaign ideation, creative mailer and events as well as supporting on proposals, press release writing and eblast creation. PRESS OFFICE RUNNING: Managing all client assets including media lists, calendars, brand and spokespeople quote banks, award entries and sample management as well as supporting the Account Manager with client management. Managing all send outs and mailers and supporting the wider and running of the press office. Key skills

Location This role will be full time, five days per week split across office based and working from home while we navigate the pandemic.
