We're looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Account Manager, Beauty to join the QUARTZ PR and communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a high-growth agency, with a focus on our growing fashion client portfolio. We're looking for someone who is a born 'connector' and problem-solver with an established network of senior industry contacts - previous PR experience is essential, ideally in a recent, Manager-level role.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll help lead client relationships, develop and support strategies, and ensure ideas are executed flawlessly so that both clients and the team feel consistently supported and inspired. We're looking for someone with a creative mindset and a sales instinct, with a proven track record of securing standout coverage for clients - someone eager to lead, grow and think big.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day team member across an allocated beauty and wellness client portfolio, delivering strong client relationships, strategic counsel, and integrated communications campaigns across digital, social, and print.
• High level support in PR calendars, launch activity, and always-on strategies, securing high-quality print, digital, and social coverage through strong media and influencer relationships
• Pitch and secure high-quality press across national, consumer, and digital titles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, talent and tastemakers
• Provide key support from a PR team focus on events, product launches, and gifting moments
• Manage and mentor junior team members, from executive and intern level, to ensure professional growth and output
• Track, analyse and report on results, always seeking smart and innovative ways to measure success
• Be Part of the Future of QUARTZ: Contribute to shaping the future of the agency by offering innovative ideas, and creative energy. Actively participate in defining the agency's growth trajectory, and take pride in building a new agency with a different point-of-view.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years PR experience (agency preferred)
• Experience in beauty and wellness
• Established relationships with top-tier media and influencers
• An individual who thrives on nurturing and developing long-term, meaningful relationships with clients, but offering honest and constructive feedback while fostering trust
• Proven experience running client accounts with confidence and clarity
• A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Creative, commercial, and excited to help build something meaningful
• Understanding of AI Visibility valuable
