Beauty Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

Profile PR is a dynamic, well-respected agency based in East London. Established over 25 years ago, we specialise in Trade and Consumer PR, Digital and Influencer Marketing, Media Buying, Brand Collaborations and Events.

We're looking for an experienced Beauty Account Executive / Senior Account Executive ready for an exciting new challenge. Working from our London office, you'll be part of a small but mighty team, working closely across an internationally recognised portfolio of fragrance, fashion and lifestyle brands.

The Role:

This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude who wants to take real ownership, get stuck in and make an impact from day one. Working closely with the team, you'll be at the heart of delivering exciting, creative campaigns across media, influencers, events and brand activations.

You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table, develop your skills and see your work brought to life. Alongside strong organisational skills, we're looking for someone who is proactive, creative and confident playing an active role in shaping campaigns and building meaningful relationships with clients and media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch and secure high-quality press across national, consumer, and digital titles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, talent and tastemakers
• Support and attending press events, launches and high-profile client activations
• Manage reporting, coverage tracking, client stock and day-to-day account administration
• Develop PR angles, pitches, press releases and wider media materials
• Take ownership of day-to-day PR activity across the beauty portfolio
• Day-to-day client contact, working closely with senior account leads
• Identify opportunities across editorial, influencer, cultural moments and events

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years' PR experience, ideally within an agency environment
• Experience and a genuine interest in beauty and wellness
• Strong, established relationships with leading media and influencers
• A proven track record of proactive pitching and securing high-quality editorial coverage
• Excellent writing skills, strong media awareness and a natural ability to spot and develop compelling stories
• Experience working with influencers and content creators
• Confidence managing client accounts, with strong organisation and clear communication
• A collaborative, can-do approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Package Details

• 1 year FTC
• Competitive salary, depending on experience
