MUSE is looking for an outstanding Account Manager who is:
- Connected, creative, responsible and organised with a good eye for detail.
- Has a minimum of 4 years proven communications experience and relations within beauty, luxury, lifestyle or wellness.
- Someone who would thrive within a busy, hands-on, collaborative team, take the initiative and expertly support the portfolio of cosmetics, skincare, body care and haircare clients and founder-led brands.
- Has a deep understanding of the beauty, hair and wellness categories and best contacts across the media and influencer landscape.
- Strong knowledge of social and digital channels is key as is a commercial mindset.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the day-to-day management of client portfolio.
- Creating strategic brand strategies and calendars.
- Developing compelling content & story angles.
- Pitching to media & influencers.
- Maintaining strong & meaningful media, influencer & industry relations.
- Managing paid partnerships, managing events, comprehensive reporting and social, brand & company copy writing.
