A great opportunity to join the beauty and wellbeing division at leading strategic communications and influencer agency Halpern. The role will include working across a range of global beauty and wellbeing brands, spanning skincare and colour cosmetics, haircare and wellness.

We are looking for someone creative, dynamic and passionate to support the wider team. Experience or an internship, and an interest in the beauty industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Drafting eloquent and factual content for PR materials including press releases and creative pitches 
• Proactive media relations – must have the hunger and desire to drive coverage for clients, handling press enquiries proactively, quickly and with attention to detail
• Proactively seeks opportunities to meet face-to-face with key media, influencers and industry professionals
• Identifying and sharing key industry developments and competitor insights with both the wider team and relevant clients
• Supporting in the concepting and executive PR campaigns and seasonal PR calendars 
• Monitoring and saving editorial coverage and regularly informing clients of coverage 
• Supporting on creative mailers and mass mail outs 
• Admin support to wider PR team including post, reports, stock management and deliveries
