Flourish Management is an Influencer and Experiential Marketing & PR Agency that works with influencers, brands, and social media stars to create exciting and innovative branded content to enable everyone to grow and flourish.

As Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our group influencers and celebrities. Your role will be to ensure they are building their careers and growing their income as effectively as possible. We need someone to join Flourish who has a hustler personality, loves working as a team and strives for the best. You must have amazing client rapport, great communication with influencers and existing relationships within the industry.

Our Talent Manager will be an inspiring candidate who has a keen interest in the Influencer/Talent Management industry with a particular focus on fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

The role will be focused on creating and establishing long term relationships with the Influencers we manage and our clients, ensuring a constant flow of new and exciting clients for the influencers to work with, as well as efficiently managing each talent’s bespoke calendars ensuring great organisation and time management.

• You are a driven, confident and positive individual who loves new challenges.
• 2+ years of previous experience in influencer management.
• Must have proven experience working agency side in B2B sales
• Social media and Influencer Marketing is a part of your DNA.
• Digital sales expert with strong persuasive skills and very results-driven.
• Able to manage financial forecasting and budgets
• Absolute team-player & roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Managing clients and cold calling are things you love to do.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team
• Opportunity and solutions focused.
• Proactive in driving and developing new and existing relationships for influencers, including brands, TV networks and media outlets
• Have great rapport with influencers
• Can run a campaign from start to finish without assistance
• Capable of up-selling and thinking out of the box
• Experienced in contracting, negotiating and invoicing

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Management
• Knowledge and experience in Social Media and Social Media trends
• Efficient telephone and email manner
• Great at personal and professional relations - must be a people person

The Role:

• Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm (with requirements to work during weekends or evenings during events/campaigns)
