CGC Global represents the leading power brands within the beauty industry and has offices in London, New York and LA, as well as a partnership agency in the Middle East with BFore Communications.

CGC London is looking for a dynamic Wellness & Lifestyle Account Manager, who will be working closely with our senior team. The role will need to cultivate key organisation skills, media and influencer relationships and ultimately work to drive sales, and maximise business performance for clients and the CGC team.

The Role

• Manage key prestige wellness and lifestyle client accounts, building trusted relationships, presenting strategy and campaign updates, and keeping all activity aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop and deliver integrated PR strategies, managing PR calendars, launches and always-on activity to drive high-quality print, digital and social coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wellness, health and beauty media, including editors, writers and broadcast contacts.
• Run organic influencer and talent programmes across every tier, from nano to celebrity, including MUAs and wellness experts. Cast for authenticity of fit and diverse, inclusive representation.
• Plan and deliver UK press launches, events and regional activations, managing logistics, budgets and attendance.
• Identify and activate partnerships, collaborations, creative mailers and seeding programmes with brands, creatives and retailers.
• Make sure all communications respect wellness advertising and claims rules, including ASA and CAP guidance on health and nutrition claims.
• Own KPI tracking, media monitoring, coverage analysis and reporting using tools such as MMI, turning results into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support the Senior Director in mentoring junior team members, and contribute to new business and agency growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 5+ years of experience in the communications industry
• Ambitious, energetic, self-starter
• Highly organised, self-motivated
• Strong communications skills, written and verbally
• Creative and proactive, with a can do attitude
• Must be a team player
• Good working knowledge, interest and relationships in social media and influencers
• Experience in the beauty, wellness landscape
• Exceptional knowledge of the ever-changing media landscape
• The ability to work to and set clear KPIs
• Experience in event production
• Strong press relationships
