We are seeking a keen, passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in campaign execution, eventing, visual creation, brand awareness projects and more. Must have a keen interest in beauty and a desire to excel within a marketing role.

Requirements:

• Reporting to Senior Marketing Executive.
• Compile competitor analysis reports to help understand the beauty landscape.
• Log all marketing coverage, paying close attention to all retail communication and outlets.
• Help with marketing events, installations, sourcing materials and execution.
• Support team with asset creation, re-sizing, artwork organisation - proficiency in photoshop is a must.
• Work closely with filed team requests for marketing needs, promotional tools and more.
• Help brainstorm ideas for campaigns and seek local marketing projects to grow brand awareness.
• Visual merchandising and store activation support throughout campaigns.
• Project recap reports to celebrate success and learnings.
• Support with business seminars.
• General team support in the office including sample stock levels and merchandise.

About you:

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent level in photoshop (Adobe packages) and Microsoft Office software
• Strong team spirit
• Interest in beauty
• Degree in business/fashion/creative field
