As Capsule Group continues to evolve, we are looking for an Account Assistant who understands how modern brands are built: not through isolated channels, but through connected ecosystems of earned media, influence, experience and culture.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Account Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. You will play a key supporting role across multiple accounts - ranging from skincare and haircare, to broader beauty and wellness categories. As a naturally collaborative and enthusiastic individual, you'll support the wider team in delivering impactful campaigns, maintaining media and influencer relations, and ensuring exceptional client service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in beauty and wellness who is ready to grow their PR and communications career.

You'll be expected to bring initiative, creativity, and developing media/influencer contacts, while showing eagerness to learn and confidence in supporting integrated campaigns that drive real brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Support

Support the day-to-day delivery of client work across beauty and wellness accounts, attending meetings and calls, managing follow-up actions and maintaining the documents, trackers and reports that keep accounts running smoothly. Help ensure client requests are handled in a timely, professional manner - contributing to the seamless delivery of work that clients trust and value.

Media & Influencer Relations

Build and maintain relationships with press and influencer contacts, drafting press releases, media alerts and product copy that capture a brand's story compellingly. Pitch stories and product placements to media under senior guidance, and coordinate product send-outs, influencer mailers and gifting campaigns with care and precision. Support the planning and execution of press and influencer events, ensuring every detail is considered.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

Assist in executing PR, influencer and social media campaigns, liaising with internal creative, production and digital teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard. Support the coordination of events - from media breakfasts to full product launches - ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met at every stage.

Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor media and influencer coverage, tracking performance against KPIs and compiling clear, well-presented coverage reports, media clippings and campaign summaries. Contribute to the development of post-campaign insights and recommendations that demonstrate impact and inform what comes next.

Ad Hoc Founder & Office Support

Handle ad hoc tasks as required - from scheduling and coordination to press send-outs - and ensure the office remains organised and consistently client-ready.

A motivated, highly organised team player with a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness space. Personable, confident and eager to build relationships with media and influencers, you are a detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Curious and collaborative by nature, you contribute creatively to team brainstorms and bring either developing media and influencer contacts or a clear appetite to build them.

Qualifications

Experience

Previous work experience or an internship in PR, communications or a similar agency setting, ideally with exposure to beauty and/or wellness. Previous involvement in influencer campaigns or product launch events is a plus.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and PR tools (coverage tracking, influencer tracking and identification, postage etc.), and genuinely enthusiastic about growing within the agency.
