Capsule Comms is looking for a Senior Account Exec to join its growing team after recently acquiring some exciting new brands. The candidate will need to have at least 2 years’ PR experience working within the beauty and lifestyle sector.

We are an insight led communications agency representing a diverse portfolio of Global market leading mass brands and niche luxury award winners.

We have an exceptionally high client retention rate mostly due to the curation of our amazing Team and the time we spend on amplifying the superpowers of everyone within the Capsule family.

Capsule has seen huge growth in the last year and we are looking for various roles to sit across new business wins which include Current Body, Romilly Wild, Slow Ageing, U.S. new launch to market brands, Goodhabit Skincare, Deck of Scarlett and Confessions of a Rebel.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Assist the team in the day to day running of the accounts
• Aid in the planning and execution of events and projects 
• Support the team with all coverage and campaign reporting
• Create and support key pitching angels to generate coverage opportunities   
• Support on creative mailers and mass mail outs 
• Assist on client asset creation including eblasts 
• Build and maintain key media and influencer contacts
• Oversee the Junior PR team, offering guidance and support on a daily basis
• Deliver against set KPIs and ensuring targets are met

• Multitasker with great time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and super organised
• Results driven to ensure ROI is being met across the board 
• Key relationships with health, beauty and wellness press/ influencers
• Strong writing, communication, and language skills 
• Creative and dynamic; an always on attitude and unrivalled passion for the industry
