BFORE is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. With 6–7 years' experience, this role is a senior strategic and creative leader - driving integrated campaign delivery, providing confident client counsel and developing the talent below them. A strong GCC network across press, influencers and talent is beneficial.

Senior Account Manager

Location: Dubai Reporting to: Account Director / Associate Director

Role Purpose

The Senior Account Manager leads the strategic and creative direction of client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact for day-to-day delivery and providing proactive counsel at every touchpoint. They are accountable for integrated campaign results, people development and commercial performance across their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Campaign Management

• Serve as the senior account lead across your portfolio, providing proactive strategic counsel and maintaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Lead the development and execution of integrated PR strategies across earned media, influencer, social and events — with GCC market insight at the core
• Drive senior media pitching across new launches and core product support, securing high-value placements across the GCC
• Take full ownership of event production across the portfolio, from strategy and concept through to on-the-ground delivery
• Lead and contribute to new business pitches, from strategic research through to presentation
• Act as a senior BFORE ambassador in the market, representing the agency with clients, media and at industry events

Team Leadership & Commercial Contribution

• Oversee and mentor Account Executives and Junior Account Executives within the team, supporting their development through coaching and regular feedback
• Compile monthly media status reports and monitor campaign performance across your portfolio
• Take commercial accountability across your client portfolio, including budget management and identifying organic growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 6–7 years in PR, communications or an integrated agency; beauty and wellness sector experience essential
• A degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related discipline
• An established GCC-wide network across press, influencers, KOLs and talent — essential at this level
• Event management experience

• PR and event management

• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns across earned media, influencer, events and social
• Confident with social media platforms and digital amplification strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and monitoring tools (TRIBE, MediaStow, Cision etc.)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail; creative, proactive and self-motivated
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry and the media landscape
