Z7 Communications (Dubai) has announced two senior leadership updates, as the agency continues to expand its presence across the region.

Kathryn Wingrove has been promoted to Head of Hospitality and Lifestyle, an internal move that reflects Z7’s culture of recognising ambition, talent, and hard work from within.

With more than twenty years in the communications industry across Europe and the Middle East, Kathryn joined Z7 in 2018 and has been instrumental in building and leading the agency’s hospitality and lifestyle division.

Holly Robinson has joined as Senior Account Director. Originally from London, Holly brings more than fifteen years of global experience leading communications for iconic beauty, fashion, and wellness brands, including Charlotte Tilbury, Jimmy Choo, and Belstaff.

In her new role, Holly will lead key accounts across the fashion division, while helping shape creative ideas and brand partnerships across Z7’s expanding portfolio.
