YMU has completed its financial restructuring and announced its sale with Permira Credit as its new majority shareholders, unlocking new potential for YMU, its colleagues, clients and customers.

Alongside this YMU has announced the merging of its social and entertainment teams to create a global entertainment unit. The team will be led by now Co-Managing Directors, Global Entertainment, Lucy Loveridge, Darren Worsley and Paul Worsley. As part of the restructure, Melanie Rockcliffe will be promoted from her current role as Director to Executive Chair of Global Entertainment and Claire Dundas steps up from her position as Entertainment Board Director to Executive Director of the unit. Darren Worsley will remain in his role as Vice Chair of the YMU Group board.
