Michael Atmore has been appointed Editor-in-Chief at Fairchild Media Group's New York-based fashion industry news and intelligence platform, WWD.

Michael will carry out this role alongside his pre-existing role as Chief Brand Officer at Fairchild Media Group across WWD, Footwear News, Beauty, Inc., Sourcing Journal, and Fairchild Live.⁠ In this expanded role, Michael will lead the WWD editorial team in providing breaking news and business coverage, while guiding the brand across digital, print, social, video and ecommerce platforms.
