The winners of The Catalysts program, a joint venture between The Estée Lauder Companies and TikTok, have been announced. The integrated, global initiative is aimed at spotlighting, uplifting, and empowering emerging storytellers with fresh visions for the beauty industry.

Winners:

• Etia London
  The intentionally accessible brand by model and advocate Lucy Edwards aims to be the first beauty brand ever made for the 1.3bn disabled people worldwide. Lucy will use funding and mentorship from The Catalysts to make Etia London a reality.
• RUKA
  With a goal of bringing back the joy in textured hair, Varaidzo Tendai Moyo’s Ruka will use The Catalysts' funding to continue its mission of disrupting the hair extension industry.
• Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY
  Thanks to funding from The Catalysts, LOVERBOY BEAUTY is set to redefine the makeup landscape with an expressive, liberated approach to beauty, inspired face paint, performance, and the queer community.
