New dating platform VEE (V Exuberant Experiences) has announced its launch. The platform, created by former BBC news journalist, Alexander Sergent, conducted research that showed that 79% of existing dating-app users were sick of swiping, with interviewees saying ‘Virtual dating makes me feel like a product, not a person.’ In response to research, V Exuberant Experiences has launched to re-connect people in an old-fashioned way, at an event. The biggest USP of the VEE platform is that it allows members to see other member’s pictures before going to an event. The launch party will be held on 6 June in London.
