TwentyTwenty Communications has been appointed to handle global press, VIP and influencer relations for Indian-inspired demi-fine jewellery label Anayah Jewellery, founded by former banker Nilofar Jaques. Anayah's pieces have been worn by Taylor Swift, Madonna and Doja Cat.

The agency has also been appointed by Swiss-designed contemporary casualwear brand NILE, which offers workwear, knitwear and denim to handle its UK press, VIP and influencer relations.

TwentyTwenty Communications will additionally handle the UK PR for Kaana, a London-based Indian restaurant specialising in healthy meals. Kaana opened its flagship New Street Square location in November.
