Dubai-based luxury and fashion retail company Times Square Group Affiliate has acquired a majority stake in British luxury brand Temperley London. Times Square Group and its investment arm, Luxutte Capital, have joined forces with Temperley London, positioning Times Square Group Founder and CEO Ritesh Punjabi as the visionary behind the investment partnership, and the go-to figurehead for luxury retail leadership in both the Middle East and internationally.

Temperley London has boutiques positioned in the UAE’s premier luxury retail destinations. The brand is housed in the renowned Dubai Mall and a newly opened boutique in The Galleria Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi. Expansion plans also include the opening of a flagship store in London dedicated to the full Temperley London experience. Alice Temperley and Luca Donnini will remain in charge of their roles in the new company structure as Creative Director and Chief Executive Officer, respectively.

The majority acquisition of Temperley London by Times Square Group signifies a commitment to elevating and shaping the future of the luxury landscape in Dubai and the region. The new investment will allow Temperley London to face a growth plan, which will see a new opening of a flagship store in London and an international expansion.
