Global sports, music and entertainment company THE·TEAM has acquired London-based talent management agency Outreach Talent Group (OTG), founded in 2021 by Emilio and Amy Arciniega.

As part of the acquisition, OTG CEO Emilio Arciniega will join THE·TEAM as Senior Vice President, Creators. OTG, which also has a presence in New York, represents creators across sport, fitness, beauty and lifestyle, with a roster including Laila Paul, James and Robert Welsh, Matty Lee and Jess Breach, among others.

The acquisition follows THE·TEAM's acquisitions of J1S, Long Haul and Provisions in May 2026, and further strengthens its global creators group.
