Sidonie Wilson has been appointed Senior Commissioning Editor for the London section at The Times, moving internally from Weekend, the Saturday features desk.

In her new role, Sidonie will commission, report on and oversee a wide range of London-focused coverage, including food and drink, chef and restaurant news, trends and major openings across the capital. She will also cover broader city life from wellness, fitness, culture, travel and horticulture to interviews tied to new books, podcasts and launches.

Alongside daily commissioning, she will run regular features including What’s On in London, talent/celebrity profiles and listings.
