The PHA Group appoints Group Managing Directors

The PHA Group has announced the appointment of Shelley Frosdick and Stuart Skinner as joint Group Managing Directors. They will succeed Cheif Executive Mark Gregory, who has retired after 13 years at The PHA Group. Both Shelley and Stuart were previously Divisional Managing Directors at the company.
