E-commerce retailer, The Kid Collective has announced the successful acquisition of Scandibørn, a supplier of Scandinavian-inspired children’s toys, interiors, and accessories, from Findel Education Ltd, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in The Kid Collective’s strategic expansion in the nursery sector. 

The acquisition of Scandibørn, and its established customer base, will enable The Kid Collective Ltd to broaden its e-commerce portfolio and reach a wider audience. Scandibørn will continue to offer a range of purpose-led gifts, childrenswear, maternity products, and interior accessories for newborns through to toddlers, while The Kid Collective maintains its roots in play, for toddlers and the early years category.
