Scottish newspaper and magazine The Herald is working on an upcoming wellness column exploring some of the more unconventional corners of Scotland’s wellness scene. Think sound baths, tarot and astrology workshops, moon circles, forest bathing, shamanic rituals, spiritual retreats, and other practices that blur the line between wellness, ritual, and community.

Looking for:

• Practitioners, organisers or small businesses offering alternative or spiritual wellness experiences in Scotland
• People who have recently taken part in these kinds of events and are happy to share their experiences
• Experts or researchers who can offer insight into why these practices are resonating right now
