The Evening Standard has announced its new weekly publication The London Standard will launch 26 September.

The London Standard will be distributed every Thursday and will replace the weekly distribution of ES Magazine. The last issue of ES Magazine will be published on the 12 September to coincide with London Fashion Week. The last daily issue of the Evening Standard will be 19 September - up to this point, it will continue to publish a 3-day operation across Tuesday to Thursday.

The Evening Standard will continue with its digital-first focus, and will be enhanced by the weekly newspaper celebrating the best London has to offer, from consumer guides, business, fashion, food, travel, reviews, politics and the hottest places in London to enjoy the weekend, in addition to sharp opinions, analysis, interviews and deeply researched features.
