Umair Ansari, currently Senior Vice President & General Manager, Travel Retail EMEA & Americas, has been appointed Senior Vice President & General Manager, UK & Ireland at The Estée Lauder Companies.

Umair will succeed Pernilla Nyberg, who is stepping down from the company, effective 1 January 2027.

In his new role, he will lead the UK & Ireland business, strengthening its market position, deepening partnerships and driving sustainable, profitable growth. He has spent more than two decades at the business across manufacturing, business development, corporate transformation, global brand management and commercial leadership.
