The winners of The Business of Beauty Global Awards 2026 have been announced, presented in partnership with Sephora at the closing gala of the fourth edition of the Global Forum at Stanly Ranch, Napa Valley, California.
Winners were selected from over 100 applicants spanning 27 countries by a jury including Priya Venkatesh, Chief Merchandising Officer at Sephora; Scott Friedman, Chief Executive of Rare Beauty; Renaud Salmon, Chief Creative Officer at Amouage; Mona Kattan, Founder and CEO of Kayali; and makeup artist and founder Danessa Myricks, alongside The Business of Fashion’s Editor-in-Chief and CEO Imran Amed and Priya Rao, Executive Editor of The Business of Beauty.
Who are the winners of The Business of Beauty Global Awards 2026?
- Creative Execution, Emerging Track – Wavy: UK haircare brand founded by brothers Ariel and Eyal Booker, recognised for its elegant design and social-first content, with strong resonance amongst young male shoppers.
- Business Innovation, Emerging Track – Secret Alchemist: An Indian “masstige” clean fragrance brand backed by heritage, recognised for its impressive momentum in the Indian market and its potential to scale globally.
- Creative Execution, Breakthrough Track – Sarelly: Founded in 2022, Mexican clean beauty brand Sarelly is the number one beauty brand on TikTok Shop Mexico, recognised for its entertainment-based marketing and telenovela-inspired social series.
- Business Innovation, Breakthrough Track – Dr. Diamond’s Metacine: The eponymous skincare label of facial plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond and co-founder Dr. Jessica Combs, recognised for its future-forward luxury proposition at the intersection of topical skincare, aesthetics and plastic surgery.
- Creative Execution, Established Track – Borntostandout: Korean fragrance brand founded by Jun Lim, recognised for its iconoclastic approach to scent and immersive world-building in a saturated global niche perfume market.
- Business Innovation, Established Track – Suri: Design-led oral care brand co-founded by Mark Rushmore, recognised for its sleek positioning in a massive category and its impressive financials and growth trajectory at just four years old.
