The UK-based talent agency represents a roster of culturally relevant creators, entertainers, and public figures across media, entertainment, and sports.

Founded by husband and wife Emilio and Amy Arciniega, OTG prides itself on a boutique management style, keeping talent rosters purposefully small and strategies highly customised, placing family values and positive influence at the core of its business model.
