Rhyanna Coleman (pictured, left), previously Executive Producer, Podcasts at Spotify UK & IE, has been appointed Head of Podcasts at talent agency YMU.

Additionally, Drew Middleton (pictured, right), previously Head of Social Platform Strategy at LADbible, has been appointed Head of Social Strategy & Digital Marketing. Drew's strategic role sits within YMU's entertainment and social Studios division, and he specialises in strategic marketing and storytelling, digital activation, social and paid media strategy, branded and editorial content, data and insight, product, creative optimisation and media distribution.
