Becky Voyce, former Head of Talent at The Tape Agency and Head of Podcasts at The Millar Agency, has announced the launch of Macondo Mgmt: a talent management company representing purpose-driven broadcasters and creators. Macondo Mgmt specialises in building long-term entertainment careers, giving each client the strategy, care, and time they deserve.

Macondo has announced the signing of the following talent:

• Sasha Pallari - a professional makeup artist, content creator, vlogger, writer, and public speaker whose work blends personal growth with a comedic lens
• Jackie Adedeji - an award-nominated broadcaster, writer, and podcaster. Jackie is a body-positive comedy creator known for sharp, feel-good takes on self-acceptance, pop culture, and the ongoing roast of her middle-class husband
• Belle Hutt - a personal trainer, creator, and founder of The Belle Hutt Community and app, a fitness platform offering live and on-demand home workouts to thousands of women worldwide. Belle creates content about motherhood, active living, and her journey with narcolepsy
