Beauty PR agency StudioBeauty, co-founded by Cindy Krupp and Bex Meredith, has acquired boutique wellness agency Powers PR, founded by Lana Powers. 

StudioBeauty has also launched a new wellness division, Powers Wellness.

As part of the acquisition, Lana Powers joins StudioBeauty as Chief Growth Officer across the group - a role focused on cross-agency strategy, business development, and unlocking new ways to build modern brands across categories.

Lana brings nearly two decades of experience in wellness communications and brand storytelling.
