Luxury lifestyle agency, SIMON+SIMON, has been appointed by Elephant Hackney to handle all PR and influencer management for the launch of their new restaurant in Hackney.
A Victorian pub reborn, Elephant Hackney is the work of Stevie Thomas (Rum Kitchen, Jam House) and chef Francesco Sarvonio (Manteca, Experimental Group). Opening this month, Elephant offers a fresh focus on Southern Italian food amongst a richly layered design aesthetic that pays tribute to East London’s cinematic past.
