Sign of the Times, a London-based luxury resale platform, has acquired the assets from PapillonKia, a designer preloved accessories marketplace, which closed its doors in the summer of 2023. This acquisition will be financed independently by Sign of the Times. Sign of the Times also acquired assets of pre-loved platform Cudoni in August, the two acquisitions combined will grow Sign’s customer database by 40% making them a leader in the U.K. resale space.
