Rebecca Hitchon has been promoted from Senior News & Features Writer to Deputy Editor at Scratch magazine, a publication for nail professionals. In her new role, Rebecca will be taking on increased responsibilities, including day-to-day editorial operations across the print publication, website and social media platforms, and working closely with contributors.
