Make-up artist Sam Chapman, beauty editor Sali Hughes and brand strategist Jo Jones have announced the launch of their beauty brand, RUM.
The mission of the brand was not to build a business empire, but to make a perfect mascara. After three years of development, the brand launches with Wrap Party - a chic, stylish, non-smudging tubing mascara with visible high impact.
The pop-up brand, RUM, is a deliberately tiny operation with no investors, making products in limited drops.
