River Island has announced that it has resumed taking online orders. The fashion retailer announced a few weeks ago the temporary closure of its warehouses whilst it put in new systems and safety measures. These measures include a deep cleaning of its entire site, 2-metre distancing zones clearly marked out for the team, PPE has been upgraded for all employees, updated safety signage has also been installed in all areas and digital thermometers are in place for walk-in temperature checks. 

River Island has said that it is not back to business as usual and it does expect some delay in its usual delivery times but all new orders will be processed within 14 days.
